Application Process

Tray Drying ovens are used to effectively and economically dry pharmaceutical powders. Granules, Pigments, food, bakery products electrodes, chemicals, plastics, and more through hot air recirculation.

A Uttam Tray Dryer is an enclosed, insulated chamber in which tray are stacked on top of each other. Heat transfer is accomplished by circulating hot air via electric heaters or other heating media. Blower fans are installed to ensure proper air circulation and heat transfer.

  • Available in 24, 48, 96, & 192 Trays.

  • Design is c-GMP-Current Good Manufacturing Practices compliance.

  • All contact parts are made of AISI 316/S16L/304 & stainless steel, while non-contact parts are made of AISI 304 stainless steel or M,S, with paint.

  • Highly effective, uniform air recirculation system with low- speed fan.

  • Include inlet air filter and damper, as well as exhaust air damper for air flow control.

  • Controls panel with digital temperature controller and process timer.
