Application Process
​A pass box identifying the need for a pass box in a cleanroom environment, selecting the appropriate type of pass box based on the cleanliness level required, installing it in the wall between two areas with different cleanliness levels, and then using it to transfer items between those areas by opening one door at a time to maintain a sterile barrier; this usually includes cleaning and disinfecting the items before transferring them through the pass box, often with the aid of a UV light for sterilization.
