Paste binder kettle is unique designs the binder solutions can be directly transferred in-to the processing equipments such as high shear mixer granulations, planetary mixer or fluid bed processor or any mixer equipments

Hemispherical Kettle with Jacket mounted on trunion supports with the help of shaft. The kettle has a small cylindrical top shell with a spout for pouring out or on Trolley without Shaft with Bottom Valve.

Hemispherical Jacket with SS 304 closure rings and stiffening rings Kettle suitable to withstand 50 PSI working steam pressure in the jacket. Jacket provided with safety valve, vent, steam inlet nozzle, condensate outlet nozzle. The kettle is provided with a lever to accomplish tilting manually. The kettle is provided with 16swg thick 304 loose lid.

All SS surfaces polished to pharmaceutical finish, SS Jacket given Aluminium paint and other MS parts duly painted with synthetic enamel.

  • GMP Model stand made of stainless steel instead of MS and provided with SS Plummer block covers

  • Stainless steel jacket instead of MS

  • 50 mm thick glass wool insulation with 16 swg thick SS 304 cladding duly mirror polished.

  • Bottom discharge with flush button ball valve.

  • Mechanical tilting with worm / worm wheel arrangement. Optionally motorized version of above.

  • Separately mounted Agitation assembly with Anchor blades and Teflon scrappers.

  • Hollow shaft with rotary seal for steam entry and condensate outlet. Complete with steam trap, strainer, bypass, pressure gauge, siphon tube, steam valves, etc

  • Capacity available in 50 Liters to 300 Liters.

  • Tilting unit for unloading.
