An Uttam Ointment manufacturing plant are used to produce various types of ointments for medicinal or cosmetic purpose. Some common types of ointments include:

  • Pharmaceuticals – sterile & Non-Sterile Ointments, Skin protectants ,Cream, Gel, Cosmetic- Lotions, Cream, Shaving Creams, Sun Cream Gels, Face Wash, Hair Dyes

  • Creams, Shampoo, Conditioners, Bath Additives, Foot care Products and many more.

Salient Features

  • Main mfg. vessel (jacketed) with top entry anchor, bottom entry homogenizer ACVFD for anchor & homogenizer.

  • Wax phase vessel (jacketed) with top entry agitator.

  • Wax phase (jacketed) with top entry propeller type stirrer.

  • Storage tank.

  • Inter connecting Pipe line of all vessel for transfer Water, Wax & products.

  • Vacuum pump.

  • Bump pump.

  • Metering pump.

  • SS platform.

  • PLC with touch screen color HMI.

  • SS 304 control panel.

  • The anchor agitator having nos. of paddle with 45o orientation.

  • Anchor agitator is fitted with with self pressure adjustment Teflon scrapper.​
